Account information such as your email address, display name, authentication state, and account preferences.

Workout information you choose to enter, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout history, body-weight logs, and progress summaries.

Technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate region, pages viewed, referral source, and security or error events needed to run and protect the service.

How the information is used

To create and secure your account, keep you signed in, sync workout logs, show history, and support account recovery.

To understand aggregate product usage, improve public pages, diagnose reliability issues, prevent abuse, and measure marketing performance.

To support advertising and monetization on public pages after Google AdSense approves the site.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense

PlanMyGym uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, interactions, referral sources, and other aggregate usage signals.

PlanMyGym uses cookies and local storage for authentication, security, app preferences, service-worker behavior, analytics, and advertising features.

Where required, Google consent messages may ask visitors for advertising and privacy choices. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Disabling cookies may prevent account login, workout logging, analytics measurement, or advertising features from working correctly.

Sharing and service providers

PlanMyGym does not sell your workout logs. The service uses infrastructure and product providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, AWS email services for account email delivery, Google Analytics for measurement, and Google AdSense for advertising.

These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy commitments, and the configuration needed to operate PlanMyGym.

Your choices

You can review, update, or delete account information from inside the app where those controls are available.

You can request account deletion from the profile area. Deletion may be limited when retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, or abuse investigation.

You can opt out of some Google advertising personalization through your Google account ads settings and applicable consent messages.
